Vineyards: Valdehermoso Vineyard

Soil: Sandy loam soil, with a high lime content, chalk, and clay deep below the surface.

Winemaking: The grapes are picked from vineyards planted by Tomás Esteban in the Valdehermoso terroir. The fermentation process is very gentle without intensive extraction, in stainless steel vats with a capacity of 20,000 kg. During production, no enzymes or

yeasts are used that do not originate naturally from the grapes themselves.

Technical: Alc./Vol. 14% | Malolactic fermentation 100% stainless steel

Notes: Vibrant, young (‘joven’), biodynamic Tempranillo notes of macerated cherry, cassis and blackberry bramble, liquorice, rosemary, peppercorns on the silky, rich, integrated palate.
