Vineyards: Western Loire Valley

Soil: The soils were originally formed in the Jurassic period (160 million years ago) from the calcareous marine deposits of an ancient inland sea, producing soils of Kimmeridgian marl, hard limestone and flint clay.

Winemaking: Environmentally friendly viticulture methods respecting organic philosophies and adapted to suit each terroir. Following cold stabilisation, fermentation took place at low temperatures in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks to preserve the aromatics and refreshing acidity.

Technical: Alcohol: 12% | Residual sugar: 0.50 g/L | Total acidity: 4,95 g/L

Notes: Classic vibrant Sauvignon Blanc, combining citrus fruit notes with subtle hints of mango, guava and gooseberry, soft grassy tones and tomato leaf on the complex palate. The structure is crisp, refreshing and lingers with a flinty clean mineral finish.
